This custom cut option allows you to select the color, length, and width of the tiles you need. Each purchase is for approximately 25 square inches of glass, regardless of tile size. After your order is placed, we'll calculate how many tiles come closest to 25 square inches to determine how many to ship. (If you purchase a quantity of 2, then we'll send you approximately 50 square inches of glass, and so on...)

How tile quantity is calculated:

Say you order 2" x 4" tiles. Multiply length times width (2 x 4) to get an area of 8 square inches per tile. Divide 25 by 8 to get 3.125. This rounds down to 3, so you'll receive 3 glass pieces for each purchase of 2" x 4" tiles.

Occasionally our color list contains color options that are currently out-of-stock. (If the color you select is available for purchase in the store in standard sizes, then you can feel certain that it's available for custom custs as well.) In the event that an out-of-stock color is chosen, or if the amount you need is greater than the amount that we have available to complete your order, we will notify you right away. In most cases, we can have your glass restocked within two business days. If a manufacturer's back-log creates a longer delay, we'll be more than happy to help you select a similar color or refund that portion of your order completely. Thank you!
